A sentence we hear very often is, "I bet I'm the dumbest person you've ever taught!" - there is no real answer to this question except to say that we do not categorise people in any way or place any bias. We do not care if you are a rocket scientist wanting just a snippet of extra information, or have no experience and we have to go over the same information many times, the goal is to get you to where you want to be and the journey does not matter in the slightest. Our technicians have the patience of saints and will guide you at your pace, and we promise you will at least smile a few times along the way!

Our training ranges from teenagers wanting help with their MySpace code, to senior citizens wishing to approach the internet. No matter what age or intention, we can guide you all the way to experienced and safe use of your computer.
