Individual/Personal/Breakdown
Our standard call-out fee is £28 (Your local technician may reduce this at their discretion). Subsequent diagnosis or repair is £23 per hour or part thereof. Please call us in any emergency and we should have a technician available in your area.
We can fix 90% of issues in your home with the equipment our technicians carry as standard. Laptops, PC's, Printers, Photocopiers, we can fix practically any type of IT equipment. Call us for more info.
Training
Basic training is charged by the hour or in half hour increments and can be booked directly with us via e-mail or phone. Please see our training schedule and/or contact us to find the most suitable course for your needs.
We also offer bespoke training courses to meet your specific needs, let us know your requirement and we will create a course just for you!
Basic IT Training / IT Skills is offered at reduced rates for those in desperate need. Ex-addicts with proven recovery program attendance can apply for a rate decrease. Single parents and families on low income have automatic eligibility, as do senior citizens and students.
Workplace Assessment/Deployment/Rollout Service
A Technician will visit your premises and ascertain the needs of your company. You will be provided with a fully extensive list of requirements, our recommendations and an estimate of the required hardware/software costs will follow up in the post. The charge for this service is a flat fee and the service normally takes 2 hours depending on the size of your company, please call for more information or to book a time slot.
Should you decide to choose MCSLondon to action the deployment of hardware/software, please call us with your reference which will be printed on the estimate and we can advise our costs for the work. All large purchases would normally be directly between yourself and the manufacturer, with our assistance.
